FOH MANAGERS

Job description

We are looking for freelance, self-employed Front of House Managers to join our existing team for events in 2024 & 2025. If you are looking for part time work between April – September, like hospitality, people and producing excellent events please get in touch.

You’ll be very happy to deliver exceptional staff briefings and run the slickest and smoothest services.

We are a premium business and looking for smart, polished individuals with added personality.

The ideal Front of House Manager will need to have gained experience of working within events catering or venues. You’ll be strong enough to lead a team of up to 20 Front of House staff, as well as being able to liaise with our Management team. Excellent attention to detail and passion for great food drink and service are essential.

About you:

•            Proven experience in Front of House and/or customer care.

•            Find it easy to build relationships and rapport with a variety of individuals, particularly our staff members and partners.

•            Are highly organised with an excellent ability to multitask and prioritise their work.

•            Possess first-rate written and spoke communication skills and manners.

•            Experience effectively managing staff with a human touch and to a high standard.

•            Comfortable working autonomously and in a team.

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Experience:

•            Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

•            Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

•            Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

•            Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

•            Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

•            Management: 1 year (preferred)
